This is from the one and only California campany that uses Incolay Stone to make differnet products. From what I can discover, belt buckles have not been made for quite a few years now. This is a very patriotic belt buckle and quite large. The white emblem on the front is the American Bald Eagle and it is set up on the Incolay just like on our other patriotic items. The Eagle has his wings full out and up and is sitting on what looks like a lightening strike. The Incolay stone is all bezel set in a silver tone metal and has the sticker on the back with the "Genuine Incolay Stone Handcrafted USA" on it. The buckle is 3-3/4" long and 2-3/4" wide and is oval in shape. It is in good vintage condition. The stone does show a spot or two but little or no scratches.
