The glass insert piece is beveled around the edges and you can see this on the back side. The cameo itself is of a Greek or Roman woman seen from the bust up. She is all frosted glass. The frame is all sterling 925 silver but the ability to see the mark is limited. It is located at the top of the frame on the back side to the right of the bale and under the edge of the frame. It is very hard to read so I cannot get a photo of it but it is sterling 925 silver. The cameo is 1-3/4" long and 1" wide. The frame is highly etched and filigreed at the top and bottom.
