THIS ITEM IS SOLD This is a lovely marquis cut blue sapphire that is very Burmese in color. The blue is incredible. I would not call it inky: it is more like deep royal blue. The marquis solitaire has 2 tiny single cut round diamonds on either side with some mill grain work around the diamonds. The ring is a size 6-3/4". It is marked 10k on one side and there is a star etched into the other inside area. It is all white gold. I would estimate the marquis to be about one quarter carat in weight. All offers considered.
